I've lived in many apartments
in the past 22 years here in
Tucson and this is absolutely
my favorite apartment complex
yet! ;0)

It's quiet area, with lots of
green outside - very pretty.
They have a large indoor
closet, and my apartment has a
great lay out. I'm not sure
they are super insulated -
seems like I feel the heat and
cold fairly well. I don't
hear my neighbors too much,
and I walk around the area a
lot (even in the dark) and
always feel safe. One feature
that tipped me to rent here
was the heated swimming pool
in the winter - and
disappointed they are not
doing that this year. They
have a gym pass, but you have
to check it out from the
office and if you work long
hours you will almost never
get to use the pass - need to
figure out a way just to sign
in at the gym rather than
needing the pass. Overall
pretty happy with it though.

Living at The Mission Palms is
like living somewhere other
than Tucson. There's lots of
grass and plentifull fruit
trees.

mission palms keep the grounds
looking good at all times and
the respond extremely fast to
maintance problems they have
so many community activies,
even though we are not able to
attend them, it is still nice
that they take the interest in
our community. we have been
here for, i think, 8 years.

I would tell them that I've
lived in Tucson for 20 years
and this is the first
apartment complex I've lived
in for more than 2 years. I
love it! The grounds, the apt
and especially the staff ;0)

First of all, besides the
parrot who lives next door,
it's quiet. It's clean. It
feels like a neighborhood and
not an apartment complex. My
home feels like a house and
not an apartment. The rent is
truly spectacular. It has a
bunch of wildlife -- my cat,
Baybee, and I have already
seen a bobcat and there's a
million hummingbirds. I have a
wonderful super large kitchen.
Sunlight streams through one
window or another at any given
time of the day. Love the
private entrance. The parking
situation is superb. Haven't
been to the pools yet, but my
house overlooks the smaller
pool and it's beautiful.
There's never any trash
overflowing from the trash
bins. Everything is neat and
tidy. I've been an apartment
dweller since 1982 and this is
by far, the BEST place I've
ever lived. I love it here. My
agent, Alejandra, is very
sweet and wonderful,
knowledgable about everything
and most accomodating to all
my needs when I moved in.

It is a very nice place, safe,
staff is friendly.

This is a great place to live,
because the people (residents)
here are very friendly. The
whole staff here (office &
maint) are very pleasant and
easy to get along with when
dealing with problems. To me
I have found a home here in
Tucson just keep the rent
down. LOL! From kidding
aside I love it here and you
are able to kid around with
everyone!

Its been a great place to live
so far! I have lived here for
over three months, and by far
it is the best apaprtment
complex I have ever lived in.
Its QUIET! Nice
neighbors...people say
hi....lots of citrus trees all
over....bunnies at night
hopping around. I love it.
Windows and sliding glass
doors arent insulated
well...they are older windows
and doors, and not sealed
well. I have used seal to try
and stop the draft.

I would say that the people
are wonderful and its like
home. The units are large and
you get your bang for your
buck. I looked at 10
properties and found this to
be the nicest in Tucson at the
affordable rate. It may be a
little older but the grounds
are beautiful, trees and lush
green grass. I have had the
opprotunity to fix up my area
with a garden of flowers which
attributes to the beauty of
the area... I plan to live out
my life here.
